  • Minimum 3 month commitment.

    At the conclusion of the initial 3 months, the commitment will continue on a month-to-month basis. This structure ensures flexibility after the 3 month training commitment to maximize training effectiveness while allowing for adjustments based on individual progress and goals. Participants have the opportunity to evaluate their needs and make informed decisions about their ongoing commitment to fitness.
